Positive: Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was large and charming. Breakfast was delicious. Great location - walking distance to all the great shopping and food. We had the most amazing time

Negative: Bed was a bit hard - but beds were hard everywhere in Europe. No complaints otherwise
