At the bottom of the Sagone gulf, 30 minutes north of Ajaccio, Calcatoggio is an ideal base for exploring the west coast, the gulfs of Sagone and Porto and the Calanches de Piana while staying in contact with the Ajaccian hinterland, Corte (1h45), Propriano (1h45) and Bonifacio for the bravest (2h30).
The environment :
The house is located at the top of the village. It overlooks the village and the entire Gulf of Sagone. The view from the terrace and the rooms is breathtaking. Independent and on a private plot of 700m², it is not overlooked.
The owners live 3km away and can meet your expectations while remaining discreet.
