Summary: We had no choice but to stay here after booking 3 nights online and couldn’t cancel or get a refund . The place looks beautiful when you go to check in but once you get past the lobby the place is a disgusting mess. Nasty dirty diapers by the pool for the whole 3 days we were there. Definitely didn’t use the pool because it was absolutely disgusting everywhere, The outside was horrible, trash over flowing, trash all over the parking lot , the halls smelt like mildew, rugs in hall were soaking wet. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone or would everrrr stay here again. Left luggage outside due to the filth and worried about bugs getting in our bags. Smoke alarm was beeping every 5 minutes which kept us up almost every night and asked first night to get fixed. House cleaning neverrrr came. Had to use my own towels and pillows. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. No breakfast as advertised! Restaurant that is attached was closed the whole time we stayed. Runnnn as fast as you can to a different hotel
