Positive: The property is amazing, calm and relaxed atmosphere, thermal pools, plus we had our own private thermal bath in the room. Room was comfortable. Stuff is friendly, Paola is really lovely Lady.

Negative: It would be better if they provide some coffee machine in the room or next to the thermal pools (bar was closed even though it physically exists there). Limited breakfast selection with too many sweets and not enough other options. There is a bit dampness in the room due to the private thermal bath but we didn't mind it a lot.
