This is the larger Deluxe Two bedroom Villa at The Royal Haciendas Resort and it is located right on the beach! This resort guarantees us, as owners, the exact same beachfront villa every year. Located in the middle of a 3 story building, your second floor villa balcony overlooks the beach, palm trees, sunbathers, waves and at night you can see the lights from the island Cozumel twinkling on the horizon of the ocean. The views are fantastic.
This larger deluxe villa has a little more space for a sitting area for two in addition to a king bed in the master bedroom and an extra closet in the main bathroom. The extra closet comes in handy for those using the Murphy Beds in the living room. The two Murphy Beds pull down from the wall and are twin (single) size. The second bedroom has two full size (double) beds.
The Royal Haciendas has won the Travelers' Choice 2022 Award and the TripAdvisor - Green Leaders Gold 2022 Award. This resort has also won numerous awards throughout the years. The Royal Haciendas is part of the Royal Resorts which is a top ranking timeshare company for the Mexican and Caribbean area. There is 24 hour security at the resort and a gated manned entrance to the private golf community the resort is nestled in. The water is reverse osmosis from the tap and the place is kept up meticulously. Royal Haciendas gives you shuttles and access to amenities at the other Royal Resorts.
High demand week 10 is for March 9 Saturday after 4 pm check in to Saturday March 16 checkout before 11 am. The beachfront week is in the high demand season for the area because it is Spring Break for a number of USA schools. This is a family resort and you must be 25 years or older to rent here.
Royal Haciendas is nestled in one of the most exclusive and private golf communities in the area called CoraSol. The golf course is designed by PGA legend and Hall of Fame member Nick Price. This 18-hole, Par 71 golf course is the Riviera Maya’s most breathtaking beautiful golf course in the area.
This resort has more amenities than many other resort hotels with the combination of beach, 6 pools (2 children's pools with water features, 2 adult only lap pools, 2 large pools), swim up bar, 2 large hot tubs, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, mini market, spa, beauty salon, gym, golf, tennis courts, dive center, sports desk, teen game room, children's activity areas, playground, kayaks, shuttles, laundry service etc... If you want all inclusive options, that is also available at this resort. This resort is close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants at Playa Del Carmen. Close enough that we have walked along the beach to get there. There are also shuttles and taxis which will take you there quickly. Royal Haciendas is within a 15-minute drive to the shopping and dining area Quinta Avenida. This resort is closer than resorts at Cancun to major tourist destinations such Xcaret, Rio Secreto, Cenote Chaak Tun, JOYÀ by Cirque du Soleil, Xenses, 3D Museum of Wonders, Coco Bongo nightclub, the Playa del Carmen Main Beach, and many more places too numerous to list.
CONVENIENT SERVICES TO USE DURING YOUR STAY
Did you know that the guest laundry offers a convenient laundry valet service to save you time? Just call to request the service and fill out the order form in your room. Staff will collect your laundry and return it washed and folded. Charges apply.
This service is available at all the Royal Resorts from Monday to Saturday, collection time from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for same day delivery. After that, your laundry will be delivered the following day.
If you prefer to do your laundry yourself, there is also a laundry room for guests with washers and dryers at the front of the resort near the lobby. There are no washers and dryers in any of the villas or suites.
If you like cooking in your villa, ask about additional kitchen utensils available on request from Housekeeping. Items include crock pots, cheese graters, kitchen scissors and baking trays (limited availability).
