Welcome to this fantastic house with private pool located in Sa Pobla, where 2+2 guests will find their second home.
The property's exteriors are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the ground floor there is a wonderful patio with a private chlorine pool, measuring 4.5 x 2.5 m and with a depth range between 1.10 and 1.40 m, which is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch that will be the ideal place to enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in the village, the house has neighbours nearby.

A staircase leads to the light-flooded interior of the property. Tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve, it has a loft-style layout. Thus, in the same room you will find the living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV, a kitchen with gas hob and the basic utensils for you to cook comfortably and the sleeping area, which consists of a double bed and a sofa bed with capacity for two more people. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower and air conditioning complete the equipment of the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in Sa Pobla, a village with deep Mallorcan roots in the centre of the island. It is characterised by its peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, as well as by its agriculture and its popular festivals. One of the main attractions of Sa Pobla is its weekly market, which is held on Sundays. Here you can find all kinds of local products, from fresh fruit and vegetables to handicrafts and clothes. Thanks to its location, you will be able to travel quickly to other pretty villages nearby, such as Campanet or Pollença, both of which are well worth a visit. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, in less than 20 minutes you will reach the beach of Muro, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Mallorca due to its crystal clear waters and fine white sand. It also has a wide range of services, such as restaurants, bars, shops and water activities. Besides enjoying the beach itself, you can also visit the Natural Park of s'Albufera, which is located just behind Playa de Muro and is one of the largest wetlands in the Balearic Islands. There you will be able to observe a large number of birds and other local fauna.
