Welcome to this house with magnificent views on the outskirts of s'Horta. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The fabulous outdoor area counts with a 5mx10m chlorine pool (steeps up slowly from 0,80-2m), 6 sun beds, 2 well furnished porches, a barbeque and spectacular views.The 257m² house is all ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and 2 with two individual beds each. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is a guest toilet and another bathroom, for general use, with shower and bath tub.The cosy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, a satellite TV, a fireplace and a large window from which to enjoy the spectacular views. There is a dining table with chairs. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessaary utensils to prepare a wonderful family dinner during your stay. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.The whole house and its' surroundings breath peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature surroundings. The house is situated at only 2km from s'Horta, where you will find basic products for your holiday. Within 15 minutes by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Natural Parc Mondragó, or the long, famous beach of Es Trenc, in 20 minutes. The well-known turistic village of Cala d'Or is only 6km away. It offers a wide range of activities, shops and restaurants. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
