The space:
A newly built 4-bedroom house. Each unit is equipped with its own kitchenette, bathroom and king-sized bed. There is a shared outdoor kitchen and the added luxury of a refreshing pool. Adequate parking ,10-min walk to town, 5-min walk to beach & Fiber optic WiFI.
Sleeping Arrangements: When you book the whole house, it is important to understand the available beds and spaces for the guests to sleep. Each room has a KING BED suited for 2 guests, and each room can be equipped with an INDIVIDUAL MATRESS suited for 1 extra guest. For a total of 3 guests per room x 4 Rooms. (12 guests is the max occupancy for the whole house)
Santa Teresa is a burgeoning town. While there is currently no construction nearby, the sound of motorcycles, ATVs and trucks can be heard from the shared outdoor area.
