Welcome to our Villa!
This is a spacious beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa in Dunas Douradas. The upmarket resort of Dunas Douradas is located on the golden triangle coastline between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This very private villa sits on an elevated location providing stunning sea views and sunsets, yet is only 5 minutes walk or a minutes drive to some of the best beaches in the area. The mature landscaped south facing gardens provide both plenty of areas to sunbathe or sit under a shady tree, while the large heated pool provides the focus of the outdoor area. There is also a barbeque area and plenty of seating and loungers for relaxing days
Inside, the villa has 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, all with aircon. Upstairs is the master suite, with a double king size bed and a double sofa bed. It has a large modern bathroom with bath and separate shower. It also has a large south facing balcony with stunning sea and pool views and a seating area. Great to watch the sunset witjh a sundowner as well! There is also another balcony to catch the morning sun.
Downstairs, there are 3 more ensuite bedrooms. These are a double room with private balcony, and two twin rooms.
The main living area focuses around the fireplace with woodburning stove for the winter, and aircon for the summer. Two large sliding doors lead onto the outside dining and pool area and garden. The large split level living area has a plasma screen TV and DVD player, as well as UK TV channels including BBC, ITV, sky sports and BT sport. There is also a dining area with a table seating 10. the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, coffee capsule machine, juicer, blender etc. There is also a fridge freezer and another separate fridge useful to keep all those drinks cold. A washing machine and dishwasher are also there.
Free fast broadband WIFI is also provided throughout the villa and garden area
There is plenty to do all around the villa. Numerous great restaurants are a short walk or drive, from beach restaurants to michelin starred establishments. Marias restaurant is a short walk or even shorter drive, as are Izzys, and Julias. Xenia restaurant is only 3 mins walk away.
Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are a few minutes away in the car with more restaurants, bars, shops,numerous golf courses, tennis, watersports, the list goes on! The villa is an easy 15-20 minutes away by taxi or rental car from Faro airport.
