Villa Begonia is a delightful 5/6 bedroom villa located in the heart of Vale do Lobo. This property can sleep up to 14, 8 adults and 6 children. Located on a very large plot it is the perfect holiday rental for large groups. Featuring wireless internet access, a large private swimming pool (which can be heated against an extra charge), air-conditioning and satellite TV. The Praca and Vale do Lobo beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to spacious living room with fireplace, TV via internet, CD player, DVD, plenty of comfortable seating and doors leading to the extensive gardens. The adjacent dining room seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, coffee maker and juicer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a large master double bedroom with super king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, satellite TV, patio doors to sun terrace and large en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Bedroom two is a double bedroom that can either be a double bed or two twin beds with full en-suite bathroom. Extra sleeping accommodation for children can be the sofa bed in the study. Please note there is no air-conditioning in this room. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms. Bedroom three has twin beds with a slide out single mattress that can accommodate one extra child and full en-suite shower room. Bedroom four has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and has full en-suite shower room. Bedroom five has twin beds, full en-suite shower room, TV and DVD. This is laid out as a daytime den for children. Outside pool terraces surround the large private pool (can be heated at a supplement). The large gardens are lawned with mature shrubs and plants. The gas barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a putting green. Wireless internet available -there is a package available for clients to use that is monitored. if that limit is exceed the extra cost is deducted from the damage deposit. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday. Please note air-conditioning is available at a supplement.
