Located on a gated resort, this spacious villa has a family room, living room and TV viewing area upstairs. There is a games room with pool table, fuss ball table and basketball game. There are two bedrooms downstairs ( one king and one queen), one has a baby crib in and four bedrooms upstairs, one twin room is Princess themed, one is Toy Story and the other is Harry Potter. The Master bedroom has a king bed, en suite and patio doors leading out to the pool and there is also a crib in the room. Pool and spa are South facing so get lots of sunshine in the cooler months.Spacious deck has loungers and patio table and chairs and a gas bbq grill. There is an outdoor bathroom near the pool deck. Disney is about a 20 minute drive and Universal around 30 minutes. The local food store Publix and pharmacy is a 5 minute drive and various restaurants to choose from.
