This wonderful property is in a gated community of Costa Montaña, which provides 24 hour security.
Guests will be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in. Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
The property is 100% private with no shared spaces.
Home is accessible by any SUV/AWD/4x4. Smaller automobiles may not make it to the home.
