The perfect getaway, this Villa is located in Guia, Albufeira, that sleeps 8 + 3 guests, just a couple of minutes driving from the best beaches you can find in this area. Perfect for those who are looking for privacy and great outdoor and indoor spaces. Guia is a small typical algarvian town with all the amenities that you need close by like supermarkets, post office, police headquarters, convenience and liquor shops and restaurants.
Revealing it’s best at the beginning, this private garden opens up with the traditional Portuguese sidewalk, all surrounded and elevated by this stone wall that will give you that privacy feeling you are looking for. With plenty of space outdoor to park your cars, well-groomed grass to play some games, palm trees around to give you some shade during this hot summer days while laying down on the sunbeds and most important, this stunning pool that has a heating option as the perfect extra for your holidays and sits on the left side of the garden with easy access to the living room. Still outside, a Barbecue with a table to fit everyone and even a guest toilet are the final present high-end touches so nothing is missing.
Stepping inside, the luxury goes on, this Villa lays only on ground floor in case you’re looking for a Holiday house with no stairs or steps that difficult the access to guests with reduced mobility and counts with four very spacious bedrooms, all of them equipped with AC and built-in wardrobes. The layout is the same on the first 3 bedrooms as there is a double kind bed in all of them. The master bedroom en-suite has a complete bathroom with tub. This layout changes on the 4th bedroom as these counts with two single beds.
Proceeding to the kitchen, it is equipped with all you may need or want during your vacations. All the appliances are built in and well displayed around. This space counts with a microwave, an oven and induction cooktop, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and of course, a coffee machine for your perfect expresso! Space to store in a cool place won’t be missing as well as this kitchen is also equipped with a fantastic double door fridge. Your extra space is also here.
Moving on to the next room we find this dining room that opens up also to a living room. This open space has a dining table that sits everyone perfectly. Planned and designed our guests to be able to host everyone in a comfortable way. With the simple design and contemporary layout this room is also perfect for a relaxed summer evening, either catching the outside breeze with the double doors opened overlooking the garden or inside with a nice and cool temperature from the air conditioner. This open space also accommodates the 2 remaining toilets with shower.
For our guest’s convenience this house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine, as well as an iron and iron board.
Nevertheless, and to make sure your entertainment goes the right way, Wi-Fi in this property is free of charge during all your stay.
