I’m Sunny, and this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom split-level retreat is one of my favorite spots for relaxing, entertaining, and making unforgettable memories. From the massive pool and hot tub to the game room and peaceful master patio, this home was made for good times and sunny vibes.
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the bright open layout, warm natural light, and modern finishes throughout the home. With two separate living rooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone — one perfect for cozy movie nights and the other ideal for family games and gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for quick breakfasts, family dinners, or late-night snacks after a pool day. Large sliding glass doors connect the living and dining areas to the huge outdoor entertainment space, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
