Villa Elenor A is a fantastic house, part of a group of 3 adjoining villas set on a large plot.
Large private grounds with separate areas and plenty space for everyone, and close to so many amenities, it really is a great location.
The three houses, Elenor a, b, c obviously share the pools and outdoor areas, however each house has its own personal dining area outside.
Each house is identically built, each has a large lounge and dining room with patio doors opening to the back of the house and pools. Each house has spacious living areas, they each have a flat screen TV dining table and chairs. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge areas. The villa has those small extra touches, like a safe, bluetooth speakers for your use, and a DVD player.
Each house has;
1 twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite shower room
2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one en suite shower room (both with balcony)
Outside the house you will find everything you need, a private pool and separate splash pool, pool table, table-tennis table and 2 brick built BBQs. The large gates open into the huge driveway and underground parking for 3 cars. There are tall hedges around the terrace and pool area giving extra privacy. The houses have an alarm too.
A few restaurants and a mini market are within walking distance from the house, but Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.
The best beaches are close too, Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches are all less than ten minutes drive away! There are some restaurants that you can walk to, and cafes and a mini market. The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.
Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!
