Positive: The location is very good Beachfront property with private access to your apt. Big enough to stay with friends or family.

Negative: The town house is very nice but it needs TLC and a good decoration feels old and outdated. The kitchen was useful with all kitchen appliances. Not supplied with paper towels or soap. Bathroom ground floor, the cold water did not work water to hot. Towel bar kept falling. Lack of toilet paper only half a roll left and no hand towels for the sink. The hallway closet needs to be clean. The dining area is good for family's Living room area with 2 twin beds and sofa are ok,beds need to be more clean sheets and blankets seemed used and not washed. They do not supply a back door key, so try not to leave your belongings alone lots of people traffic and you could be robbed. My major disappointment was that I was not told the pool was closed for remodeling family was upset because the ocean was rough, and we where looking forward to the tiki and pool area both closed and no information was given to about the pool being closed. The unit is not supplied with outside umbrellas for the balcony or beach. The hotel is very difficult for handicapped people with no ramps for wheel chairs. To bring in your family and belongings to the townhouse is not an easy task. You need to go down a few steps if you're carrying all your stuff with no carts or elevators available. I needed helped to bring down a stroller. The back door needs a new everything look Broken curtain rod and very dirty curtains.
