Outdoors Villa Prima Fila consist of a stunning seaview terrace (covered) with dining table and chairs, ideal for dining ‘Al Fresco’ with your loved ones. The splendid private pool with Hydromassage corner and sun terrace overlooks the sea and creates a central space between the villa and the sea. From the sun terrace the stairs lead directly to the rocky platform below with access to the sea, ideal for taking a dip first thing in the morning, snorkelling and swimming any time of the day without having to leave your home away from home. Deckchairs on the rocky platform allow guests to admire the breathtaking panorama and sunsets from sea level. Two canoes and Sup’s are also at guests' disposal.
There are two parking spaces available for guests in a communal parking space. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Next to the villa there is a prestigious Nautical Club where guests can rent motor, sailing boats, lasers, as well as snorkelling and diving equipment with an instructor.
