On the upper floor of the same house lies the largest apartment with a living space of 100 m2, not including the balconies. This apartment is divided into two spacious areas connected by an entrance hall. The left area of the apartment consists of an extra spacious living room featuring a large sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a TV. The living room offers access to a large balcony with a sitting area and a view of the garden and the pool. In the main house, you have the generous upper floor of 80m2 (not including balconies) at your disposal. The upper floor of the main house consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room equipped with a large sofa bed and a TV, offering access to a balcony with a comfortable seating area. This apartment also houses two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own balcony, while the second bedroom features two single beds. A separate toilette is also available.
