On the ground floors, the entrance hall leads directly to the living area which comprises a comfortable seating room with its fireplace, then to the east side, a small dining area, and a contemporary open kitchen with a bar. All bay windows open fully to allow a perfect connection between the inside and outside space. On the west side of the living room is a cosy study room with an extra sofa bed for 1 person.
The first floor is accessed through a beautifully designed staircase and leads to the 3 main bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with its en-suite dressing and bathroom comprising a bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The two other bedrooms of identical format and size have a double bed of 160x200cm and an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have access to a long south-facing wooden terrace.
The lower ground floor offers an extra-large room with a cinema screen and projector. A laundry room and separate toilet room.
The well-appointed garden and centrally positioned swimming pool provide a relaxing environment for the summer season. The pool has a few shallow steps to one side which are much appreciated by the young ones and is equipped with an alarm system. The dominating terrace provides a wonderful outdoor living space with a seating area, a dining area, a barbecue area and a proper bar.
