Sleeping 10+6, the property is composed of 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets (sleeping 4), as well as 3 bathrooms.
The contemporary kitchen has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and modern appliances to make you feel at home. The living room and dining area include stylish and comfortable furnishings, with direct access to the garden.
Outside, wonderful well-kept gardens surround the property with a swing set and grassy areas allowing children to play freely. The fantastic patio with a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the back of the property, where you can relax in the sun in privacy. Nearby, a shaded dining area allows you to share al-fresco summer meals with family and friends, prepared on the impressive Algarvian barbeque.
The property is in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a short walk (within 10 minutes). Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Coelha / Evaristo. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is about a 10-minute drive away.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
