Casa del Sur is a completely remodeled villa in a quiet residential area. The house has plenty of terraces on the ground floor and on the roof with a beautiful view of the sea. The inside has a very homey atmosphere. It is surrounded by a mature colorful flower garden with a large swimming pool. It is conveniently located at a 5-minute walk from the small beach of Cala Serena, at 800 m from shops and restaurants in Cala Ferrera and at a 20-minute stroll from the center of Cala d'Or.
Included in the rental price: is a maid service once a week if you stay more than one week . Bed sheets and towels are provided. If the stay is longer than a week, there is a change of linens every week.
Guest information: In the villa are 2 guest manuals. One gives house and personal safety information as well as emergency numbers. This manual should be read upon arrival. Other parts of Cala d'Or are residential and very quiet with beautiful houses, ibicenco style, all painted in white. There are several beaches there to swim in the turquoise water of the sea. There are also possibilities to play tennis in Cala d'Or.
You will find more shops and restaurants along Cala Llonga, which is the marina of Cala d'Or where you can admire ships and yachts of any size.
