Lovely Villa with a large Private Pool ,8m x 4m ,mosaic tiling with lighting .The villa covers three floors , the top floor has two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and large terraces. One has a double bed and the other is twins.From the terrace with table and chairs sit and look at the small fishing boats coming into shore. On the middle floor is a lovely living room with a sofa, chairs, tables and a built in real fireplace. TV with Uk programmes if desired.The rest of the floor is made up of a bedroom (double), bathroom and kitchen. Outside the kitchen is a private patio area, with table & chairs with built in BBQ. Again, there is a large terrace looking out to sea on the other side of the house. With table and chairs,The floor below is at swimming pool level. The internal staircase takes you to a huge games room - full sized table tennis table and an original bar billiards table.There is a twin bedded room and a lovely bathroom. There are a number of patio chairs, sunbeds and tables. The villa is very quiet yet only a couple of minutes from the centre of the village or the beach. As it it is a legally registered property it has been inspected and has safety features eg, fire extinguishers. Very few weeks offered for rental as we love it ourselves.
