Welcome to this beautiful villa of Majorcan style, situated on the outskirts of Costitx. It can accommodate 5 people.
The house is surrounded by forest and has a large terrace with a barbecue, ideal for great summer evenings with your family or friends.

The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has a charming and welcoming style. In total it offers 3 bedrooms; two of them on the 1st floor (one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both with A/C). There is one bedroom with one single bed and fan on ghe ground floor. There are two bathrooms; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, both with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy, and features one sofa, three armchairs, a table, a TV-Sat, and a fireplace. The dining room is equipped with dining table and chairs. The independent kitchen, with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils, also a fireplace. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is located just 2.4 km from Costitx, where you will find everything you might need during your stay. You can easily reach also another charming towns, like Sineu, where every Wednesday there is one of the oldest markets in the island; Sencelles, etc. Sometimes it might be heard planes passing, but the area is, in general, very quiet.

In just 30 minutes drive, you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort where you will find beautiful promenade with bars and restaurants. Ca'n Picafort is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend to visit the area of Alcudia, with its bays with crystal clear water.
