My house has been recently renovated. It is a headboard with independent entrance. To access you pass in a lovely garden with lawn, where you will find a beautiful private patio with wooden beams and dining area. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and leather sofa bed. On the 1st floor there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with 2 single beds, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and outside a small terrace with laundry area. The house is equipped with air conditioning and a pellet stove for autumn or weekends. the residence is equipped with many services including supermarket, restaurant, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and also the tobacco bar. There is also a convenient bus stop for those who come without a car. The area is connected by the 1Q and PF line with Cagliari and Quartu s. Elena included the tourist spots. The other tourist areas such as villasimius, costarey etc. are also reachable with the complementary arst line. The supermarket in the residence is well-stocked, there is a fish counter and shop. iA few steps on foot there are bars, restaurants, spa, tennis courts and golf courses, marina where you can rent inflatables, motorcycles, bicycles. Nearby there is a post office and pharmacy. The area is very convenient is located on the coast of Quartu about 20 km from the airport and can also be easily reached by means of transport for those coming by plane, the bus stop is a few steps from home. From the port of Cagliari it is about 15 km away.
Outside on the comfortable patio you can enjoy the cool relaxing dinners. on request it is possible to have a cot for the little ones .. The closest sandy beach is that of marina residence which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. While at about 10pm from home, the coast is rocky and not very suitable for swimming, it is ideal for lovers of fishing, its sport which is underwater and rich in various kinds of fish. But I recommend it especially to lovers of furf on board, in periods of strong wind the area is reached by fans of this sport to ride the gigantic waves that form. The area is strategic as it is not far from Cagliari, a city that offers fun to young people and not with its characteristic bars in the historic center. If you want to reach the Poeto beach with a beach of about 10 km you can do it in 10 minutes. Here kiosks and bathing establishments and night clubs to brighten your holidays.
