Villa Avalon is a spectacular villa, spread over 3 floors, in a rural location, yet close to all amenities and with stunning sea and golf course views. It is an ideal area from which to base your holiday whilst relaxing and exploring the rest of the Algarve.
This 7-bedroom holiday home, 4 double bedded rooms (two of which has a bunk bed set in), 2 twin bedded rooms and 1 bunk bedded room, is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living and has 8 bathrooms.
Outside there is a superb private heatable swimming pool (optional extra) and a pool side Jacuzzi (optional as an extra), both perfect for cooling during the heat of the day, or relaxing in during the gorgeous Algarve evenings. On the next level above the pool, is a spacious dining area with a large brick-built BBQ and a bread/pizza oven with sea views that you can enjoy whilst dining al fresco.
Villa Avalon also offers amazing inside areas in which to escape the heat of the day and relax in the cool airconditioned interior, whether it is a game of darts, pool or spending some time in the amazing indoor cinema with its great surround sound system and luxurious cinema chairs. All the communal areas are open plan and stylishly decorated. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac between the nature reserve and golf course of Salgados, the stunning beach of Praia Grande, and village of Armação de Pera. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The longest stretch of beach in the Western Algarve is also just a few minutes’ drive away as is the Nature Reserve of Salgados home to many species of migrating birds, providing different options on how to spend your days. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 15-minute drive.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
