From the parking place, going downstairs, you can easely reach the first terrace of the villa which is such as a solarium and at the same time is equipped with a table, some chairs and a sunumbrella. The position of the house, located in front of the sea, offers a breathtaking view and also the possibility to reach an unspoiled rocky cove by going trough a path directly from the terrace. You can immagine yourself drinking a glass of wine while enjoying the sounds of the sea and letting you “pamper” by the sun.

The villa consists of a bright living area with a large front window lighted from the sun, a dining table and comfortable sofas from where you can admire the sea. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In each bedroom there is a large window with seaview. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. You can spend unforgettable moments by watching the sunset on the terrace.
A supermarket and a restaurant are reachable in few minutes by car.
Near to Costa Paradiso are the most beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia as Cala Sarraina, La Marinedda and Isola Rossa, all reachable by car.
The villages and the nearest towns are Isola Rossa, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (Capo Testa). Then there are towns such as Tempio Pausaina and Luogosanto, suitable for walking and cycling. At least but not at last the famous Valley of the Moon (Valle della Luna) near to Aggius offers you a beautiful landscape.
