On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an exit to the terrace with a beautiful Sea view, infinity swimming pool and barbecue area. Ground floor includes sauna, shower place and small toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each includes own bathroom balcony access with sea view. Small gym is also located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor two rooms with own bathroom each has balcony and beautiful sea view. Spare room with double bed is also located on the same floor. Behind house is parking space for three cars.
