Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Tavira our luxury property lies just on the outskirts of the town of Tavira, just a 15 minute walk.
The property lies within the beautiful and exclusive 'Quinta do Perogil' which is a unique small development of Private Villas. The house sits facing the town and has beautiful sea views.
Our property also has a very large L shaped terrace from which you can have full views of the pool and gardens, but also have panoramic views over the sea.
The house lies on three floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Each of the bathrooms is a full bathroom with an excellent power shower. The middle floor bath as well as having a shower.
The quality of the internal fixtures and fittings is excellent and much higher than those you would expect to see in other rental properties. This is because we also like to use the property ourselves for our main holidays.
Enjoy plenty of food and drink that has been supplied free of charge.
Main Features: The house and grounds are very safe and child friendly. One of the main reasons why we bought this house was the fact that you can sit in either the lounge or on the terrace and have full views of the pool and surrounding grounds. For those of you that have children, like most parents we like the idea of relaxing either on the terrace or sat in or outside the lounge and being able to keep an eye on the younger ones.
The grounds are mainly grassed areas which surround the very large pool and the pool has a shallow end and is much larger that most communal pools. As the development is mostly owned by people who do not live there, it is very quite, even in the summer.
The house has 3 double bedrooms. They all have their own bathrooms and each has excellent power showers and the middle bathroom also has a full sized bath.
The house has three floors and each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom on it. The top floor bedroom has commanding views from 2 windows.
Extra Info: The house lies approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of Tavira and even though a car is not essential for our property having one would give guests much more freedom to explore the mainly delightful towns and seaside and fishing villages.
Spain is only about 25 minutes by car and you can even visit Seville in a little over the hour.
There are four excellent 18 hole golf courses within a few minutes of our house, and in our property we leave instructions on each course including prices and discounts etc. We have 4 sets of clubs in the house that can be rented for just €10 per day or €20 for the week.
However, a major plus point for the area is the construction of a new Jack Nicklaus golf course at Monte Rei which is just down the road from us. This course is open to play.
Tavira is often called one of the most picturesque towns on the Algarve, and it's not hard to see why.
