A unique property in Portofino few minutes by walking from the famous square full of restaurants and shops, the property has a direct access to the sea, in a very private location offering the maximum privacy possible.
The natural protected area of the peninsula of Portofino has been an attraction for centuries with its mild climate and high cliffs dropping into the sea. Anyone who stays in Portofino must know how to adapt to the rhythms of a city that is entirely for pedestrians. It is best to stay here without a car and use public transportation. Trains on the main rail line from Torino to Rome stop in nearby Rapallo, from where there is a bus to Portofino. The local train runs from Santa Margherita to the Cinque Terre and there is a bus from S.Margherita to Portofino.
The Portofino area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, doing water sports and taking day trips to other areas of the Riviera or to Cinque Terre. Genoa is 30 minutes by highway, Florence 3 hours, Rome is 5 hours south and Milan is 2 hours north.
Please note: The villa is about 10 minutes (300 meters) walking to the center of the village if you use the lift that connect the harbor to the walking path, and 20 minutes without the lift.
From the entrance gate to the house there is a stairway going down (39 steps), there are additional 23 steps to reach the solarium from the house.
From the villa to the private rock swimming platform there are about 180 steps. From the platform, it is possible to sunbathe and swim in the blue sea.
Due to the different levels and number of steps we do not recommend the property to people with walking difficulties.
We do also discourage people in come with car since no parking is available at the property however there is a garage in town.
The property develops in two floors; The main floor features a large and bright living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and a large terrace equipped with garden furniture. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and garden view. two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower both in corridor, Single bedroom, all room have sea view except one.

It consists in a “brought-in“ dinner that is left to be re-heated by the client. No service is provided. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner.
Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included.
Basic Grocery Shopping
Milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.
Rental Roles:
A 30% Non Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 75 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 7nights, changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro
Security deposit (Refundable):
1000,00 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
Additional expesnes:
Utilities and cleaning fee of Euro 500,00 to be paid on arrival and includes:
daily cleaning 3 hours a day (Wednesday excluded)

Extras upon requests:
Pet allowed upon request with extra fee of Euro 60,00 per week
On request one extra person can be accommodate at the extra price of Euro 500 per week
