This is a newly renovated villa located in the residential area of Cavtat in the old town, just a minute's walk from the main promenade/harbour and close to numerous individual beaches. Villa Mima consists of five bedrooms (four doubles and 1 twin), and benefits from a private pool and terrace suitable for al fresco dining, as well as a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of Cavtat Bay and the Sustjepan peninsula, leaving your spirit breathless during sunset.

Guests enter the villa via a few steps and through the main door to a low ''courtyard'' of a traditional courtyard where there is a dining table/chairs for ten, a portable Weber barbecue and a swimming pool in a cave.
Guests enter on the ground floor to a hallway leading to a separate L-shaped kitchen with a dining area and bathroom on the right and two separate double bedrooms on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, an Owen, a large fridge and freezer, including an ice maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor, with one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a spacious shared bathroom in the hallway. From the first floor there is access to a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the red roofs of the old town of Cavtat and the port of Cavtat. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers ideal for relaxing day and night.
In the attic guests can find a spacious living room, a kitchenette and a separate shower room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.
