This entirely renovated 200 sqm villa set in a 1500 sqm private garden with a 10 x 5 metre secure heated swimming pool (alarm) and a boules pitch is in a 70-hectare domain planted with vineyard and olive trees. It is located near La Bonde lake, Sannes Chateau and the Southern Luberon area’s prettiest villages.
The villa is entirely air conditioned (refreshed floor), and benefits from quality furnishings and a tasteful decoration harmoniously allying period charm and modern comfort and style.
It includes a spacious living/reception room opening onto a terrace and olive grove, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room, a utility room, a wc, a study area, and two bedrooms each with a shower room and a terrace.
The upper floor comprises a suite with a shower room, and two further bedrooms sharing a shower room.
