Please note that there is ongoing construction on the neighboring property. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, there may be occasional noise during daytime hours.
Situated in a perfect quiet area, walk distance to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops and just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa and one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica.
The villa is spacious, light and fully equipped. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, cosy outside area with a pool and a tropical garden.

Summary: Stayed her with my wife and two daughters and a friend for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was absolutely perfect for us! Met all of our expectations. We chose this house for its location and the three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and it was the exact right choice! Right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Kids could get dine freedom to explore on their own. They’re all teenagers, and were able to walk to the beach and restaurants on their own. We rented a golf cart and an ATV in addition to the car, and wound up using those two to get around the most when we wanted to explore. I highly recommend this house. Very clean. Perfect size. Amazing location. Pura vida!!!
