Villa Carmen 1893 is an Austro-Hungarian villa completely renovated in 2018. It is located in the center of Pula just 300 meters from the Amphitheater and the Pula Marine. Only 150 meters away is the main bus station. The airport is only 5 km away.
Only 5 minutes walk takes you to the old town core.
Near the house are all shopping centers. The disco and bars are only 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
The beaches are about 3 km away and can be reached by city bus, by car or on foot.
The maximum capacity of the house is 4 + 2 + 2 persons.
The house has its own little yard with a beautiful pool and mini welnes with an infrared sauna with chromotherapy.
Within the house there is table football and darts
We also have a small wine bar and, if you wish, you can at any time pay extra for the best Istrian wine.

We have one parking space inside the house for a smaller car and 20 meters from the house free public parking.

The rest of the house consists of 1 bathroom and a large bathroom with sauna, kitchen and dining room and an outdoor covered terrace with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, hallway and living room.
Note that one bedroom on one floor and another on the second floor.
