With a convenient location close to all amenities, this fantastic 4-bedroom villa, with free Wi-Fi, a private heatable swimming pool and spacious garden is an excellent choice for a family holiday in the Algarve sun.
The property has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wonderfully spacious living / dining area, with comfortable seating, TV and DVD player, and a large dining table with ample room for the whole family. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space to prepare meals and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishes & utensils, dishwasher and TV, as well as an additional dining table with 6 chairs. On the lower floor you can enjoy the games room, playing snooker and table tennis with family and friends.
Outside, the garden and private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invite you to swim, lounge and enjoy the sunshine!
This wonderful villa is ideal for couples or families and benefits from being a short drive from everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - beautiful sandy beaches (Alvor beach being the closest), water-sports, excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks and golf. The town of Alvor is just a 5-minute drive away and lively Portimão is within a 10-minute drive.
