Villa Waikiki is an ideal property for families looking to holiday in a quiet area of Albufeira, while still being just a 15-minute walk away from the town centre with a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. With beautiful golden sandy beaches just 1.5km away, this property has all the qualities necessary for an excellent holiday experience.
Free wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in the living room and bedrooms are some of the amenities provided in this wonderful holiday home.
The first floor of the property has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom and balcony.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. The living / dining room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool.
The villa has an inviting outdoor deck area at the front of the property, complete with a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sun loungers for taking in the summer sun. There are also armchairs where you can relax with a drink and a book, and an outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as a grill where you can prepare and enjoy meals al fresco.
The property is in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, Albufeira and is just a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Aldi), as well as the local market where you can find fresh homegrown produce. The Albufeira Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away (about a 7 minute drive) and the Albufeira Strip is also about a 7 minute drive away.
Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season).

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
