This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom villa has its own private pool, overlooking a public park. This is a front-line property and is not overlooked by any properties opposite. The house is ideally located, close enough to the action but far enough from the bustle. The famous Old Town centre of Albufeira with its tree-lined main square is 10 minutes walking distance away through the park. This is where the evenings come to life with vibrant bars, live music and plenty of restaurants to sample. Another 2 minutes walk brings you to Peneco Beach and the famous Fisherman's Beach. The Marina, New Town and the Strip are a 5-minute taxi ride away.
Close to the villa are the health centre, supermarket, cafe, bar and family-run restaurant so a car is not compulsory for your holiday! A 10 minute walk brings you to Caliços outdoor market where farmers and fishermen offer you the freshest produce. Close to the market is Albufeira bus station, from where you can catch a bus to the Western Algarve, the Eastern Algarve and Spain. You can catch a bus to the rail station in Ferreiras from outside the house to catch the fast Alfa train to Lisbon, two hours away
