Stunning villa on the sixth fairway of Pestana’s vale da pinta golf course with far reaching views of the fifteen fairway of Gramacho golf course and Portimao in the distance.
The villa is a five minute drive from the beautiful resort of Carvoeiro ,numerous secluded beaches and a thirty minute walk from the popular fishing village of ferragudo where you can catch a boat taxi to explore Alvor , Silves , playa Rocha and portimao .
The villa is on a large plot (1800m2 ) with private extensive gardens ,including a four hole putting green and fruit orchard where you are welcome to pick any fruit that is in season at the time of your stay. These include oranges,lemons,peach,nectarine,olive,
lime,pomegranate,plum, fig and almond trees.
There is a open plan lounge with large sofa and a log burner fire and flat screen TV. Dining room and breakfast Bar ,well equipped kitchen containing washing machine ,microwave,dish washer,fridge freezer hob/extractor fan and oven .
There are picnic box's , cool bags plus many more appliances for your convenience.
There is a large balcony with seating /dining area overlooking the golf course, pool and gardens.
On the same floor is the the large master bedroom with king bed , flat screen TV ,sofa ,large wardrobes and en suite bathroom with patio doors and seating leading to the gardens .
Down the stairs leads to the other bedrooms one with twin single beds ,one with double bed ,both have large wardrobes , flat screen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool and gardens.
On this floor is also the large bathroom with separate shower and JacuzzI bath.There are curling tongs,hair straighteners and a hairdryer in this room for your convenience.
Outside is a dining area next to the pool( 8m x 4m) and large bbq area with sink .There are six sun lounges and matching dining table and chairs for your alfresco meals by the pool.
Twenty four hour security , garage and parking for two cars. All rooms have air conditioning which is reversible in the winter months.
On the resort you will find two club houses ,mini market,spa,Gym,tennis courts,bowling green,communal outside pools plus a heated pool inside the clubhouse.
There are electric bikes to hire and a golf academy.
The Driving range is where you can book golf lessons or use putting green with bunkers to sharpen up your short game.
The villa has flat screen TV s in all rooms, there is also a DVD player and a extensive selection of films, X box plus games, free 5G wifi which also works around the pool ( my daughter wouldn’t visit otherwise 🙄) smart TV in all rooms with Netflix .
Two bicycles, and a selection of board games ,cards, jigsaws,sudoku / crosswords puzzles and books.
There is also a set of Ping golf clubs and a trolley in the garage that you are welcome to use to practice your game on our private four hole putting green.
There is a large fridge/freezer in the garage to store your drinks/ice.
